Shipping time to the United States can take up to 14-22 days. International shipping times vary and can take up to 25-30 days depending on location and vendor.
Orders can sometimes take 3-6 days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends.
Wicked AF is not responsible for any duty and tax fees for international shipping. To find out if you’ll be charged for duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs website. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
You can easily track your package using our Track app. Enter your order number and your email, and receive the latest tracking updates of your package.
If you have not received your order within the timeframe established for U.S. shipping please check with your local delivery system to ensure the package was not mistakenly placed nearby (at a neighbor's house for example).
In the case that the product is not delivered, just shoot us an email and we'll check on its status for you!

The items in our collections can come from different suppliers and in some cases and will be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost to you. Please don't worry! Let us know if there is still something missing after waiting patiently a bit longer and we will look into it.
To stop an order right after it's placed, contact email@example.com as soon as possible on the same day. We can't guarantee we'll be able to cancel the order. If it's already processing for shipment, you will need to request a return. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed.
