No Questions Asked Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if for some reason you're not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you would like to return or exchange, and we will provide you with return instructions. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange or refund as quickly as possible. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there's any problem at all, please don't hesitate to let us know.
To be eligible for a refund your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. If tags have been removed we may be unable to process a refund. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return address to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping is at your cost, please pack and ship the returned items to one of our warehouses. We have partnered with two return warehouse facilities, which are based in the USA and in the UK to make your return process as smooth as possible. We offer replacements for any product that is defective or damaged during shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
